Program Overview:
We are looking for talents to brew the next generation tea experience with us at our new Feng Cha Store in Prosper, TX. Our Leadership Program is the talent pipeline for leaders across our store operations. This comprehensive program will teach you all you need to know to lead one of our stores. This includes managing the staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and keeping an eye on inventory and supplies. You will not only learn how to inspire and lead a talented group of baristas, but you will also learn how all components of our company come together to create a comfy teahouse experience to our customers.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be eligible for promotions to Operation Leader and further develop your career into corporate roles.
Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or above.

High school diploma or higher education preferred.

Availability to work 40 hours a week with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Must obtain Food handler certification within 30 days of hire.

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift 40 lbs.

Client Support Specialist
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our corporate team at Feng Cha as a Client Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our franchisees in their initial store setup, franchise compliance, and ongoing operation to ensure the success of our clients. You will work closely with franchisees, vendors, clients, and other internal teams to fulfill daily support.
Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients in the development of their location and track the development of these locations to ensure timely completion

Assist in researching of the site selection of proposed locations

Assist in producing guidance materials to assist client and company’s success

Maintain vendor relationship

Review current client performance by conducting market reports and operation guidelines to bring them to normal expectations.

Provide exceptional support to clients in their day-to-day operations, and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Monitor client compliance with company policies and procedures

Identify areas for improvement in franchise operations and develop and implement solutions
Requirements:

Graphic Design Intern
The Graphic Design Intern will work on various projects independently. In this position, you will grow your design skills, learn new marketing skills, and build your portfolio in a variety of mediums from concept to finished product in both print and web. As an Intern, you will be able to focus on your passion whether it is the print, web, or social media, as well as learn new skills that are highly valued in the job market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and design print and digital marketing materials
- Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines
- Edit, retouch and manipulate images
- Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
- Receive feedback from the Management team and make necessary changes
- Assemble final presentation material for printing as needed
- Help coordinate and complete marketing campaigns
- Support the website with product descriptions and photo retouching when necessary
- Concept, design, and execution of social media posts and campaigns
- Design marketing collateral, brochures, flyers, and direct mail pieces
- Creating engaging content (including blog and social media posts)
- Design Web Banner Ads
- Respond to various requests for marketing/graphics support.
- Ability to think conceptually and bring forward creative ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple projects & priorities simultaneously.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be comfortable working with the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Demonstrated knowledge of foundational design principles, including typography, in both print and digital formats.

Barista Responsibilities:
Provide quality customer service by handling orders at the register and delivering meals to tables
Prepare tea and coffee beverages, smoothies, and desserts using our provided recipes
Ensure the teahouse, all food prep areas, and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards
Help with dishwashing (this task is shared among all staff) and teahouse cleaning
Barista Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and organization skills
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Ability to work on your feet for six hours or more a day & high level of professionalism
